Born and raised in Oshkosh, Chef Andy Saray brings an absolute fire to these pizzas and pastas. We partnered up to shoot a fun piece to show the community aspect of the restaurant, as well as the incredible work done by those in the open kitchen!

If you want some of the best wood-fired pizza you’ve ever tasted, stop in at PARM and meet Chef Andy! If you grab a seat at the bar, he’ll chat you up while making your food.

I’d recommend the Pepperoni & Hot Honey pizza.
