Casey produces & directs every piece of work at Fire & Flame Creative.

The company began in his living room, serving just friends and family. His passion for cinema and storytelling catapulted the business into work with brands across North America.

After nearly a decade working in radio and newsrooms across Wisconsin, he pushed the business into a full-time venture in 2023.

As a former award-winning investigative journalist, telling stories is his expertise. He’ll find every extra-fine detail to ensure any story is told correctly.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV/Film from UW-Oshkosh.

The engine who keeps the whole train rolling. Susan operates our spreadsheets, schedules, and always pays attention to the smallest details.

Susan also serves as our second-shooter in most wedding scenarios and truly sets the tone on in-studio shoots.

Our in-house non-profit aficionado, Susan serves as the executive director of multiple 501(c)(3) organizations.

Susan holds a master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University, and also assists in teaching courses in their MPPA program.

Office Assistant & Editing Supervisor

The smartest dog in any office, our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever gets the final say on any work sent out. He spends his days supervising activity in our office while patiently waiting for his lunchtime walks.
